Natu🍀Resin is a  two-component acrylic polymer / water-based mineral resin system.(SUPPLIED ONLY PART A - ACRYL POLYMER, THE PART B (water) YOU CAN USE FROM THE TAP) This material has many names: acrylic plaster / sculptural plaster / acrylic composite/ acrylic resin/ eco-resin. 100% non-toxic white powder material that is mixed with water to create castings in silicone or polyurethane moulds. Does not cause irritation when in contact with the skin, and it is not flammable. After complete curing, the products are similar in appearance to ceramics, and do not require additional processing. Great for creating coasters, figurines, vases and other creative products. *The product has a glossy surface only on those sides that touched the mould (the mould must also be glossy)  

RESI-Blast 25 ml [0,85 oz] to create cell effects and decoration. One-component liquid to be added in drops over the resin when still liquid and coloured in layers to get an incredible effect! RESI-Blast is non-toxic and solvent-free. The product creates a surface dispersion of the resin, resulting in beautiful automatically generated cell structures (check the pictures!) Consumption for Aggregate/Pebble Binder Depending on the chosen grain size, consider these indicative data for polyurethane resin for white or light aggregates: 7-10 mm – for 20-25 kg of aggregate, add 500g of polyurethane resin; 4-6 mm – for 20-25 kg of aggregate, add 650g of polyurethane resin; 2-4 mm – for 20-25 kg of aggregate, add 800g of polyurethane resin; 1-2 mm – for 20-25 kg of aggregate, add 1.2 kg of polyurethane resin; Note: It is advisable to verify the necessary amount of binder before application, as an excess of binder can cause swelling and foaming. These consumption rates are calculated based on the standard sale format of aggregates/pebbles, approximately 20-25 kg per bag. Primer For greater adhesion security, use Transparent Epoxy Resin as a primer for your surfaces: in this application, consider 150-200 g/m² applied with a simple roller; to ensure optimal grip, sprinkle quartz sand to refusal immediately after application. Curing Time Complete curing is achieved in about 24 hours. Surface Preparation Apply on solid, compact, dry substrates that are not subject to capillary rising damp, clean, and free of oils and greases. Treat surfaces by shot blasting or sanding followed by residue vacuuming. Alternatively, a cementitious underlay or epoxy screed is recommended. The use of a suitable primer is recommended (see specific application cycle sheets). Product Use Mix the product with colored or monochromatic mineral aggregates of any grain size, using manual (low-speed drill with helical mixer) or automatic (concrete mixer) mixing. For a finished product with maximum chemical and mechanical resistance, use aggregates that are clean of oils or greases and free of moisture. The ratio of aggregate to binder is highly dependent on the shape, size, and porosity of the aggregate; as a guideline: 40:1 for 4-6 mm aggregate; 20:1 for 2-4 mm aggregate; 16:1 for 1-2 mm aggregate. Please pay attention to these product features before using it! Apply only on perfectly dry surfaces without traces of moisture. Not compatible with acrylic or liquid dyes: we strongly don`t recommend use this product with acrylic art-works! The product should be applied only on a transparent resin surfaces (without dyes). If you need to apply it on coloured resin or other materials (wood, concrete and stone and etc), create at least one 1mm layer of clear resin beforehand. Wait 24-48h and apply Heat Pro. It is very important to have the correct room temperature, above 20°C for all processing steps. Heat Pro must have a temperature above 20°C, so if you are not sure if the temperature is right, warm the cans slightly by keeping them in a warm place for at least a couple of hours. The product is ideal for application on small surfaces, not exceeding 0.25 square metres. Use a heat source carefully to eliminate bubbles: be careful to pass the torch or hairdryer only briefly (max. 2 seconds) over each area to avoid damage to the finish. The hardened Heat Pro coating will have a softer texture than classical resins: this specific texture will guarantee maximum performance! For the same reason, the coating cannot be sanded and polished. The hardened Heat Pro coating becomes resistant to hot objects and scratches only 72-96 hours after application! You can store objects covered with Heat Pro in a “stack” only through paper or cloth. In no case should such products be stacked on top of each other without this protection - the coating may stick to another object tightly!
