The mask with filter Climax for gas is designed to offer maximum protection against certain gases, vapours and particles such as dust, fog and fumes. It is the perfect companion for all those who work with epoxy, polyurethane or polyester resins. It is compatible with Climax filters model 755 and 756. The product consists of mask + 2 filters. Description and features: Covers the user's nose, mouth and/or beard and is produced with completely safe and lightweight materials. The body of the mask is made of flexible black rubber. Both the material and its shape and size allow a comfortable and airtight fit. The mask has a central hole in the exhalation valve, support valves and two additional holes on the sides to adjust the connectors for inhalation. This will prevent the resin from smearing or becoming uneven. Begin Sanding: Gently rub the foam sanding block over the epoxy surface in a back-and-forth or circular motion. Apply light, even pressure to avoid creating new scratches or uneven areas. Check Your Progress: Periodically wipe the surface with a clean, dry cloth to remove sanding dust and check the smoothness. This will help you gauge how much more sanding is needed. Clean the Surface: After achieving a smooth finish, clean the epoxy surface thoroughly to remove any remaining dust. This can be done with a damp cloth followed by a dry cloth to ensure no moisture remains. Inspect and Finish: Once the surface is clean and dry, inspect it to ensure it's free of imperfections. If needed, you can apply a new coat of resin or polish the surface for a glossy finish.

Here are the tricks to make the most of NAP (Nano Abrasive Particles) technology:-   Removals defects and scratches from sanding Depending on the depth of the scratch/defect, start with abrasive papers grit 800-1000 (for deep scratches) or simply 3000-4000 (for light scratches), always tend the surface wetted with water (this will help to make the result homogeneous) Apply the polishing paste for carbon fiber on the surface and spread it with circular and more or less energetic movements depending on the defect you want to remove. Or by directly attaching the buffer of the polisher / hose. We recommend one / two drops of carbon polishing paste every 3-4 cm. You can apply it several times thanks to synthetic polymers, without risking consuming the carbon, until the result is perfect. Clean up simply with water and a clean cloth. Put on your sunglasses and enjoy the dazzling result! Surface renewal: The product is also suitable as a fast and effective tool to renew your precious carbon surfaces, which wear out with normal use or exposure to atmospheric agents.
