Warehouse Locations

Two Warehouse System: Our products are stored in two warehouses, located in the USA and the UK.

Warehouse-Specific Orders: When shopping in our e-store, please note that you can only add products from one warehouse location to your shopping cart at a time. This is due to logistical reasons and helps us maintain our commitment to efficient service.

Separate Orders for Different Warehouses: If you wish to purchase products stored in both our USA and UK warehouses, you will need to place two separate orders. Consequently, shipping costs will be applied to each order independently.

Shipping Costs

Multiple Shipments: As each order can only contain items from one warehouse, orders containing products from both warehouses will incur separate shipping charges.

On our website, we offer various shipping options within the USA to meet your needs.

USA Warehouse: Choose from standard shipping (3-8 days) for $14.90, or opt for our Priority Express service to get your items in just 2 days for $19.90.


UK Warehouse: Choose from standard shipping (10-12 working days) for $11.90 or expedited Parcelshop prioriy shipping (4-6 working days) for $14.90.

If you choose free shipping we will ship FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our option. With free shipping customers may not specify a carrier. We offer multiple shipping methods at the checkout, with shipping fees charged accordingly.

Handling Times

Varied Handling Times: Our handling times vary depending on the shipping zone. Although we strive to dispatch your order the day after it has been placed, please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Transparency and Communication
Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order details.

Dispatch Notification: We will inform you via email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Useful information for the purchase.

Payment can be carried out by the following methods:

• Credit or stored-value Card;

• PayPal;

• PayLater by PayPal: (Buy now and pay later; split your purchase into three interest-free payments, with no set up fees or charges. (more info)

• Wire transfer: this will delay shipment while payment confirmation is confirm; usually in a couple of days.

The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated at the conclusion of your order.

If RESIN PRO is unable to deliver the order in its entirety and more than one shipment is required, the Customer will not be charged for any additional shipping.

Prices may vary, depending upon discount programs, special offers, or online marketer.

If for any reason RESIN PRO is unable to execute the order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

If RESIN PRO has already received payment for this order, RESIN PRO shall reimburse the amount concerned by using the same payment method chosen by the customer. If, for any reason, different agreements are required, RESIN PRO will inform the customer and ask them to contact RESIN PRO Customer Service, which will handle the refund.

Withdrawal from the order

The customer may cancel or return the order from the date of issue and up to 30 days after receipt of the ordered items. If the Customer has been charged the amount of the items, he will receive a refund including the standard shipping costs but excluding the costs possibly arising for returning the products to RESIN PRO, amounting to $ 8.90. If the customer decides to keep some items, thereby only partially cancelling the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

The entire return policy can be found on If the Customer wishes to cancel or return the order, he shall send RESIN PRO a communication (email) to or complete and return the goods to us as set out below in Returns section, within a period of 30 days.

RESIN PRO shall reimburse the amount paid by using the same payment method chosen by the customer (or, if payment for the goods has not been made yet, it shall report the return of the items on the account summary) as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notification, provided that RESIN PRO has received the items or an evidence that the items have been sent to RESIN PRO. A different payment method may be used for the reimbursement, as long as the customer agrees to such change; in any case, this will not entail additional costs.


RESIN PRO guarantees the refund on all returned items according to the section Withdrawal from the order, on condition that all items are returned in the same condition that they were sent. This means that the products must not have been opened, damaged, soiled, and that all labels and tags must be intact. More information on the return process can be found on the delivery note as well as in our Return & Refunds Policy.

RESIN PRO is not responsible for the timing and safety of the parcel during the return delivery, especially since the customer may use the company of your choice.

Payment methods

Payment data can be inserted at the time of order, by using PAYPAL service or a valid credit/debit card (VISA or MasterCard). The amount payable will be immediately reserved on your card but will not be withdrawn until the items are shipped. RESIN PRO reserves the right to check the validity of the credit/debit card, the credit status in proportion to the order value and the correctness of the purchaser’s address. RESIN PRO is entitled to reject the order based on the results of such verifications.


If the purchased goods have any defects, RESIN PRO will comply with all current warranty regulations. If the Customer wishes to lodge a complaint regarding an evident material or manufacture defect in the goods supplied by us, including any damage resulting from transport, the customer is asked to notify it by contacting us at and immediately returning the goods to RESIN PRO.


RESIN PRO reserves the right to assign any credit position due and resulted from the delivery of goods, including any debit owed to third parties.


If any part of these Terms is found to be or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable under the law, this shall not affect in any way the validity, the enforceability or the legality of the remainder of these Terms.
