Osmo Hard-Oil-Wax is a general-purpose resin and wood finish derived from natural plant oils and waxes. Resistant to water, dirt, beer, wine, cola and saliva, Osmo Hard-Oil-Wax is microporous and molecularly bonds with the wood, thereby it does not crack, flake or peel. The new advanced formula of Osmo Hard-Oil-Wax has been specially elaborated in Germany to be the first Osmo Hard-Oil-Wax on the European market that can be easily applied with a brush or a roller, no buffing is necessary! Surface preparation: wood and epoxy resin surface must be clean, dry and frost-free (moisture content max. 18%). Osmo Polyx Oil Original is ready to use and should not be diluted. Stir well before use. Clean old microporous stains thoroughly. Old paints and lacquers must be completely removed. As a general rule, wear a dust mask during sanding. Sand wood or epoxy surfaces carefully. Begin with coarse sandpaper – for final sanding use P.120-150, for broom or vacuum. The final result may be influenced by several factors, including the natural features of the wood. Please pay attention to these product features before using it! Apply only on perfectly dry surfaces without traces of moisture. Not compatible with acrylic or liquid dyes: we strongly don`t recommend use this product with acrylic art-works! The product should be applied only on a transparent resin surfaces (without dyes). If you need to apply it on coloured resin or other materials (wood, concrete and stone and etc), create at least one 1mm layer of clear resin beforehand. Wait 24-48h and apply Heat Pro. It is very important to have the correct room temperature, above 20°C for all processing steps. Heat Pro must have a temperature above 20°C, so if you are not sure if the temperature is right, warm the cans slightly by keeping them in a warm place for at least a couple of hours. The product is ideal for application on small surfaces, not exceeding 0.25 square metres. Use a heat source carefully to eliminate bubbles: be careful to pass the torch or hairdryer only briefly (max. 2 seconds) over each area to avoid damage to the finish. The hardened Heat Pro coating will have a softer texture than classical resins: this specific texture will guarantee maximum performance! For the same reason, the coating cannot be sanded and polished. The hardened Heat Pro coating becomes resistant to hot objects and scratches only 72-96 hours after application! You can store objects covered with Heat Pro in a “stack” only through paper or cloth. In no case should such products be stacked on top of each other without this protection - the coating may stick to another object tightly!

“1K NEXTCOLOR K300” top coat is the best product on the market within the category of one-component top coats, which are also known as 1K. Due to its unique physicochemical properties, “MACOTA K300” is particularly suitable as a polished finish for resins and wood. “MACOTA K300” stands out for its glossiness, its resistance to scratches and to almost all detergents (even the most aggressive), its non-yellowing and its UV resistance. Recommended for resins that do not contain phosphorescent pigment, wood and various types of surfaces. Its unique properties fulfil the requirements for the protection, the sanding and the polishing of resins that do not contain phosphorescent pigment, wood and various types of surfaces. Properties: Scratch-resistant protective finish; Prevents the yellowing of the resin UV-resistant Easy to apply; Reusable multiple times How to apply: The surface needs some rest two-three days before applying the lacquer, to avoid getting a wrinkled surface. Shake the can well before use so that the agitator ball can be heard rattling. Spray in smooth strokes from 15-30cm away. Coat the surface with a thin and even layer. Repeat the process 2-3 times for the maximum protection, allowing 15 minutes drying time between each coat. Storage - To prevent blockages, invert the can after use and spray for 2 seconds. This aerosol should be stored out of direct sunlight, in a cool well ventilated place. Consult the safety data sheet before use. The coverage is about 1-1.5 square meters. Universal two-component kit to achieve the desired effect: depending on the preparation, it is possible to obtain either a glossy or a matte finish. Ideal to protect any resin and paint in a professional way. When catalysed, the protective clear coat is resistant to chemicals, UV rays and scratches. The package features two separate containers for the two components (the polyurethane clear coat and the catalyst), which should be mixed at the time of use.
